Il est difficile d\u2019enfermer leurs activit\u00e9s soit dans la prestation de services soit dans le plaidoyer. Imbriquant l\u2019\u00e9conomique, le social et le politique, elles d\u00e9cloisonnent et d\u00e9rangent.<br> Comment reconfigurent-elles l\u2019action publique? La r\u00e9ponse ne peut \u00eatre d\u00e9finitive. Elle est \u00e0 construire.
